الشروط والأحكام العامة:
١. يمنع منعاً باتاً إدخال الأطعمة والمشروبات داخل قاعة المسرح.
٢. يمنع استخدام الكاميرات الاحترافية خلال العرض.
٣. لن يسمح بدخول من لا تنطبق عليه شروط الفئة العمرية المذكورة على تذكرة الدخول.
٤. التذاكر المباعة لا ترد ولا تستبدل الا في حال إلغاء أو تأجيل العرض، ولم يتم النظر في التذاكر المشتراة عبر نقاط البيع الغير رسمية أوالمصرح لها.
٥. لا يحق بيع أو إعادة بيع أي تذكرة تحت أي ظروف كانت.
٦. اظهار الباركود الخاص بالتذاكر في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي قبل بدء العرض قد يتسبب في إلغاء الحجز.
٧. في حال قيام حامل التذكرة بالخروج من مبنى المسرح أثناء العرض لأي سبب كان، فانه قد لا يتمكن من الدخول للمسرح مرة ثانية لأسباب أمنية.
٨. لا تتحمل إدارة المركز أي مسؤولية عن الأغراض المفقودة أو المسروقة.
٩. لضمان المتعة الكاملة بكل ما يقدم على مسارحنا، نود تذكير جمهورنا الكريم بشروط دخول الحفلات والعروض في مركز الشيخ جابر الأحمد الثقافي، حيث تفتح الأبواب ٦٠ دقيقة قبل العرض وتغلق ١٠ دقائق قبل موعد البدء، ولذا نود لفت انتباه الحضور الكريم بإنه سيسمح بالدخول بعد بدء العرض في أوقات تُحدد وفقًا لطبيعة كل عرض.
١٠. عند مخالفتك لأي من الشروط والأحكام الواردة أعلاه فنحتفظ بحقنا في الغاء تذكرتك وإسقاط حقك في استرجاع قيمتها ولن تتمكن من الدخول إلى المسرح أو الاستمرار في مشاهدة العرض.
